Real Betis star Chadi Riad is in favour of a move to Crystal Palace and the Eagles are closing on agreeing a deal for the centre-back, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The 20-year-old centre-back joined Betis in the summer and has been a standout performer for the Spanish outfit this season.
Crystal Palace are in the market to sign a centre-back in the summer, and Riad is on their list.
It has been suggested that Crystal Palace have already submitted an offer of €12m plus €2m add-ons.
The young centre-back has given the green light to joining Crystal Palace in the summer in the event that they agree to a deal with Betis.
And it has been claimed that the Premier League outfit are closing in on a move to land Riad.
The Morrocan international joined Betis from Barcelona, and he has improved significantly under the coaching of Manuel Pellegrini.
If everything goes according to the Eagles’ plans, then Riad will ply his trade under Palace boss Oliver Glasner next season.
