Manchester United are still considering making a move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Xavi Simons in the ongoing transfer window.

 

The Premier League giants are set to focus on reinforcing their midfield after signing Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro this summer.

 

Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Manuel Ugarte and have been making progress in talks with PSG but the two clubs are yet to close to reaching an agreement.

 

 

They do not want to pay the €70m PSG are demanding for Ugarte and are looking at other midfield profiles as well.

 

According to French sports daily L’Equipe, PSG’s Simons is still a potential target for Manchester United this summer.

The Premier League giants are continuing to consider the prospect of taking the Dutchman to Old Trafford this summer.
