AC Milan and Tottenham Hotspur are scheduled for more talks today for Emerson Royal with a deal close to being agreed upon.
Royal has been patiently waiting for the two clubs to work out a deal for his transfer over the last several weeks.
The Brazilian has agreed personal terms with AC Milan and have been clear about wanting to join the Serie A giants this summer.
Tottenham started the negotiations with an asking price of €25m but over the course of the negotiations, the figures have come down.
According to Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the distance between the two clubs is now down to €2m.
The Rossoneri are pushing ahead to get a deal over the line to take Royal for a fee of around €15m.
More talks are scheduled to take place between the two clubs as they seek to finalise a deal for the transfer.
Royal has also been working hard behind the scenes to push Tottenham to get an agreement done with AC Milan.
