Leicester City target Bilal El Khannouss is flying to England to finalise his move to the Foxes after a fee was agreed with Genk.

Steve Cooper’s side have been in talks with Genk about signing the midfielder and have gone back and forth with offers.

Adding a new creative midfielder to the team has been high on Cooper’s agenda and now he is set to secure a player of that profile.

The Belgian side finally accepted Leicester City’s offer for El Khannouss last night and the player has been equally willing to join the Foxes.

According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, the 20-year-old Morocco international is on his flight to England to conclude his move to Leicester City.

El Khannouss is flying with his family and his entourage and he will have his medical in Manchester.

The 20-year-old has already made 94 senior appearances for the Belgian outfit and now he is set to start his new journey.

El Khannouss will be looking to create goalscoring chances for the Foxes to help them avoid relegation this season.
