Fixture: Malmo vs Rangers
Competition: Europa League
Kick-off: 17:45 UK time

Rangers boss Philippe Clement has selected his team to go toe-to-toe with Swedish side Malmo in the Europa League this evening.

The Gers have already lost ground in the Scottish Premiership, but have the opportunity to get off to a good start in their Europa League league phase campaign tonight at the Eleda Stadium in Sweden.

Clement’s side recently booked a spot in the semi-final of the Scottish League Cup and beating Malmo would be another boost to the morale at Ibrox.

The visitors must make do without winger Oscar Cortes, who picked up an injury in training, while defender Jefte is suspended. Ridvan Yilmaz, Rangers’ other left-back, is still out.

Clement picks Jack Butland in goal against the Swedes, while at the back James Tavernier, John Souttar, Robin Propper and Neraysho Kasanwirjo play.

Midfield sees Rangers deploy Connor Barron and Mohammed Diomande, while Tom Lawrence  starts. Vaclav Cerny and Nedim Bajrami support Cyriel Dessers.

The Rangers boss can make changes if needed and his options off the bench include Nicolas Raskin and Ross McCausland.
