Kieran Gibbs believes that Arsenal must keep their composure at White Hart Lane against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Arsenal make the short trip across north London to contest a local derby with their Premier League title aspirations still alive, while Tottenham are chasing a top four finish.

North London derbies are always fiery affairs and while Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood is keen to encourage that derby passion within his team, Gibbs thinks Arsenal need to keep their heads.

"Anywhere is harder when you play away from home, but the fact that we have beaten them twice means they will feel the same about us", he told his club's site.

"It is a difficult place to go for any team, but obviously it will be extra difficult when we go there because of the derby itself.

"We have to remain composed if possible and go there with a positive attitude."

Arsenal have won both their encounters against Tottenham so far this season, beating Spurs in the Premier League and in an FA Cup tie.
