Thorgan Hazard feels that he must play in either England or Germany next season, but has put the decision over which it will be in Chelsea's hands.

Thorgan, brother of Chelsea star Eden Hazard, is under contract to the Stamford Bridge outfit but currently in his second season-long loan with Belgian top flight side Zulte Waregem.

He has excelled in his homeland, leading to strong interest from Anderlecht in January. And Thorgan now feels the time has come for him to move on to the next level.

"After this season I'm going back to Chelsea", the 21-year-old told RTBF.

"Then we'll talk about the possibilities.

"But next season I want to play in the Premier League or the Bundesliga.

"It's up to Chelsea to decide, but I won't stay in Belgium", he concluded.

Thorgan has scored nine goals in 29 Jupiler Pro League games so far this season, also chipping in with 24 assists for his team-mates.
