Yaya Toure feels that Manchester City must win their three remaining games, despite the Premier League title now being in their hands following a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Goals from Edin Dzeko and Toure himself secured the three points for the Citizens, points which proved to be vital as Liverpool had lost 2-0 at home to Chelsea earlier in the day.

Now Manchester City are just three points behind Liverpool and boast a game in hand which, should they win, will see them jump to the top of the standings on goal difference.

And Toure feels it is so tight that Manchester City must win all their last three matches.
