Romelu Lukaku has insisted that Chelsea will have the last word over his future as he has a contract at Stamford Bridge which runs until 2016.

The Belgium international is on a season-long loan at Everton, while he spent last term at West Brom. Having shone at Goodison Park, Lukaku is hot property, with Tottenham Hotspur having spoken to his agent and Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg eyeing taking him to the Bundesliga for 2014/15.

The former Anderlecht hitman could yet stay at Chelsea though and admits it is not for him to dictate where his future lies.

"I still have a contract with Chelsea until 2016 and I think they are happy with my progress", he explained to Het Nieuwsblad.
