Chelsea are interested in signing Atletico Madrid’s Filipe Luis this summer to solve their problematic left-back position.
The Blues are in the market to sign a top quality left-back as Ashley Cole is set to leave once his contract expires this summer.
The west London side are willing to make a cash offer to Atletico Madrid that will be close to the €24m buyout close that the Brazilian has in his contract.
