Filipe Luis’ agent admits that Chelsea are interested in signing his client, but feels Atletico Madrid will not sell the full-back this summer.
Luis played a crucial role in Atletico Madrid winning La Liga this season and the 28-year-old’s stock has risen in the transfer market.
Manuel Garcia Quilon, the Brazilian’s agent, admits that Chelsea have expressed an interest in his client, but he believes that Atletico Madrid are not willing to sell.
Luis has a €24m buyout clause in his contract and it is believed the Chelsea are willing to make a cash offer that is close to that figure.

"There is interest from Chelsea, but Atletico will not sell," Quilon was quoted as saying by Voetbal Primeur.
The agent feels that Atletico Madrid are desperate to keep their title winning squad and believes that the club will not sell any of their top performers this summer.
"Atletico want every player that they can keep hold of in Madrid. The club do not intend to sell anyone."
