Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs is aiming to talk to Chelsea about signing Romelu Lukaku this summer.
Lukaku spent last term on loan at Everton from Chelsea and there have been question marks as to whether he will start the 2014/15 season at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgian's relationship with boss Jose Mourinho has appeared uneasy and Wolfsburg would be keen to offer a home him.
However, if no deal can be done, the Wolves have other plans.

"We must see what can be done", Allofs told the Wolfsburger Nachrichten.
"I also have other names in my head.
"We have some attackers on our list. We won't discuss individual names. In the coming weeks we'll see what's possible."
