Arsene Wenger says that Arsenal are confident they can knock Manchester United out of the FA Cup on Monday evening to book a spot in the semi-final.
Arsenal are the FA Cup holders, courtesy of beating Hull City in the final at Wembley last season. And they are desperate to retain the trophy this term.
However, the Gunners will have to come through a tough quarter-final test at Old Trafford to keep alive their dreams, against a Manchester United side on a good run of form under Louis van Gaal.
Wenger appreciates the challenge is a tough one, but claims Arsenal are confident they can knock the Red Devils out. He also stated he expects a game of "special intensity".
"We are confident", he explained at a press conference this morning.

"We go to Manchester United to qualify and give absolutely everything with hard work and team effort.
"It's a special intensity because it's between two teams with a chance of winning. We're focused on the FA Cup."
Wenger also took time to praise Danny Welbeck, who he bought from Manchester United for £16m last summer, rushing the striker through the door at the last minute on transfer deadline day.
"He's very important and has played many, many games. His position is one of the three up front.
"Danny Welbeck is an exceptional footballer who will have a great future here. I'm very, very happy I bought him."
