Vitesse Arnhem Supporters Club president Paul Koster is delighted with his side's relationship with Premier League giants Chelsea and feels the Blues are also benefiting from the arrangement.

The Dutch Eredivisie side are the favoured destination for Chelsea to send their young talents to in order to gain first team experience in a top flight league.

Vitesse have benefited from the services of a number of Chelsea talents in recent years, including Bertrand Traore, Lucas Piazon and Lewis Baker; Baker is now starting his second season with the Eredivisie outfit.

Currently Vitesse have Nathan, Matt Miazga and Baker on loan from Chelsea.

And Koster is loving Vitesse's special relationship with the Stamford Bridge outfit.

"What we have is getting better and better", Koster told De Volkskrant.

"Traore was a gem, Piazon showed beautiful things and Baker, who is now playing for us for a second year, is developing into a great midfielder.

"If those guys also do their very best, we're all happy", he added.

Koster also defended Vitesse against claims they have too many foreign players in their squad, which is not good for the development of Dutch talents.

"We have more Dutch players in the squad than many other clubs and this summer had few changes", he insisted.

Currently, Vitesse have 13 non-Dutch players in their first team squad.
