Ziyech was in Paris on deadline day along with his agent as they tried to secure a move to the French champions.
The move looked like it was close to happening but it did not go through and it is claimed Chelsea were the ones who fumbled the process.
Chelsea are said to have submitted the wrong paperwork leading to the deadline passing and the loan move not happening.
Ziyech has been left fuming that he will not be moving to Paris Saint-Germain despite his best efforts, the winger even putting up his own money for the deal to happen.
The Moroccan star further went so far as to message Chelsea owner Todd Boehly in the late stages of deadline day to plead for the move but nothing happened.
Paris Saint-Germain themselves launched an appeal to the LFP to approve the winger’s transfer but it was rejected.
The deal is said to have left a bitter taste in the Parisians’ mouths and they are reluctant to do business with Chelsea again, while Ziyech is still in Paris.
