Radrizzani could exit Leeds over the summer with the 49ers Enterprise looking to buy his remaining shares.

The Americans already control 44 per cent of the club and they are now looking to take complete control over the next weeks and months.

Radrizzani is now trying to complete a takeover of Sampdoria but they are not the only Italian club he has looked at.

It has been claimed that Serie A giants Inter have also been on his radar as a potential takeover option.

Radrizzani has gone through the financial records of Inter and has done a thorough check of their books.

However, the bankers involved in Inter’s potential sale are not sure about him having the funds to buy the Nerazzurri.

It could take up to €1bn to buy Inter and for now, it seems unlikely that Radrizzani can buy them.

However, the Italian has managed to convince PSG’s Qatari owners to join his bid for Sampdoria.
